Drop by Drop: Water Stories, a video contest for youth created by the Social Change Film Festival & Institute (SCFFI), Channel G and EarthvisionZ, is now accepting submissions.

Are you an aspiring filmmaker under 18 years old? Do you believe the power of film can make the world a better place? If so, then SCFFI’s Drop by Drop is the contest for you!

Drop by Drop is looking for 60-second videos that communicate your experience, perspective, and take on WATER issues, including water & the environment, water & culture, and water & human needs. Your story can be personal, objective, or a combo.

Select videos will be screened at the World Bank in Washington, DC on World Water Day, March 22, 2012 and at the Social Change Film Festival in New Orleans in November 2012.

Most importantly: Be creative & express yourself!

Submissions will close on August 31, 2012.

Winners will receive:

• 1 Grand Prize – $500
• 5 Honorable Mentions – $100 each
